Classes 7 to
12 went on excursions to the following places of interest :
Classes 7A &
7B : Nature Village and periphery of Corbett Tiger Reserve
Amongst the
activities that the children experienced at Nature Village were,
swimming, target shooting, kite flying, horse riding, rides on
bullock carts and camel and trolley rides. They also went on a night
safari and interacted with villagers. They took part in pottery
making, saw the Sona Nadi Sanctuary and on their return to Mussoorie
visited Fun Valley and enjoyed water sports and rides.
Classes 8A,
8B, 9A & 9B : Chandigarh & Amritsar
Chandigarh:
Visited Sukhna Lake, Rock Garden, Chatbeer Zoo, Rose Garden, Musical
Garden, Museum etc.
Amritsar:
Wagah Baorder, Golden Temple, Jalianwala Bagh
Classes 10A,
10B, 11S, 11C, 12S & 12C : Agra & Jaipur
Agra: Taj
Mahal, Agra Fort, Radha Swami Temple etc.
Jaipur: Amer Fort, Jantar Mantar, City Palace, Hawa Mahal, Birla
Temple, Kanchan Kesari Village, Jaigarh Fort etc.
